Virtual Learning Community for Faith Formation (VLCFF), University of Dayton
The Virtual Learning Community for Faith Formation (VLCFF) is an initiative to offer adult religious education and faith formation anytime and anywhere via the internet. The goal is to support the Church’s professional ministry of religious education and faith formation.
The VLCFF is coordinated and sponsored by the Institute for Pastoral Initiatives at the University of Dayton. The Archdiocese of Louisville is a partner diocese with VLCFF. VLCFF courses are preapproved for Catechist Credit with the Archdiocese of Louisville Ministry Institute (ALMI).
To register and pay for Virtual Learning Community for Faith Formation (VLCFF) courses, go to the VLCFF University of Dayton web site at vlcff.udayton.edu. Click on “Students” to register for courses. Click on “Courses” the “Course Calendar to view available courses. Course Cost: $40.00 – $50.00 per course. All VLCFF courses have set start, end, and registration dates. Courses are offered in 3-5 week cycles.
Many courses have required resources (textbooks or reading materials). To find the required resources for a course, go to the course description at vlcff.udayton.edu.
