This class focuses on the Mass, the “source and summit” of all the Church’s activity, as well as the meaning and purpose of the primary elements of the Liturgy of the Word and the Liturgy of the Eucharist.

Sponsors play a crucial role in the initiation process and deserve to be well-prepared for their ministry. In this training, sponsors will be offered the opportunity to see what the parish is asking of them and allow them to explore the various ways in which they can help catechumens and candidates to grow closer to Christ in the Catholic community. Common question and concerns will also be addressed and examined in light of The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults.
