The Archdiocesan Faith and Science Dialogue Group consists of scientists, educators, and people in ministry, all from within the Archdiocese of Louisville, who meet regularly to discuss questions of Faith and Science, who plan Faith and Science activities within the Archdiocese, and who serve as a resource to others in the Archdiocese regarding matters of Faith and Science. The Dialogue Group was established by Archbishop Joseph Kurtz and several local scientists following the 2017 solar eclipse, in recognition of the significant role that questions of Faith and Science play in the Catholic community, especially among younger Catholics. It is housed under the Office of Faith Formation. Click here to learn more.
